The french Affaire
Bonjour, I'm Elizabeth Butterfield
I’ve had a lifelong affair with travel, and especially with France. Now, I’m continuing my travel adventures from my home base in Morocco! Join me, dear reader, and we will have adventures together (and hopefully you will learn from my mistakes)!
How did I land in Morocco, you may ask? Well, several reasons, but the main one was that it was time for a new adventure, and an opportunity arose. I am now teaching here in Rabat and working on improving my French. Oh, and traveling! I take every opportunity to explore this beautiful country, as well as to explore Europe, which is just a short plane or ferry ride away. I’m a light an uncomplicated traveler– I like to soak up the energy of a place, to wander its streets and cafes, shop where the locals shop, and try to figure out what makes a place “tick”. If that’s the kind of travel you like to do as well, then come along!
